Refund Policy:
In accordance with UK consumer law, we accept returns and issue refunds for non-perishable food items if they are faulty, damaged, or not as described. Due to hygiene and food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for perishable food items, including dates, once they have been opened or delivered, unless the product is faulty. Customers must notify us within 14 days of delivery if there is an issue, and refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the claim is approved.
Exchange Eligibility
- Exchanges can only be made within 14 days from the date of delivery.
- To be eligible for an exchange, you must provide proof of shipment, the original invoice, and clear pictures of the dates.
Return Eligibility
- Return can only be made within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- To be eligible for an Return, you must provide proof of shipment, the original invoice, and clear pictures of the dates.
Return/Refund Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
- Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item(s).
To receive a refund, you must send the parcel back to our office. Refunds will be processed within 48 hours of receiving the returned item(s).
Exchange Process
To initiate an exchange, please follow the same steps as outlined in the return process. You will be asked to indicate the item you would like to receive in exchange.
